        For those time when you're stuck for dinner ideas,who doesn't appreciate a solid pantry staple meal? particularly now, when so many of us are turning to cupboard staple dishes to save back on grocery shop excursion.

      I adore this nachos dish beacause of this .It simply only few primary ingredients and can be made in about 35 minutes 

      Long ingredients lists and hours spent in the kitchen are not necessary to prepare delicious and healthful meals.plus,the whole family will appreciate it and it's kids-friendly(your kids can assist add toppings.)

Potato nachos recipe

Ingredients:

1) 1 and 1/2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1/2 wedges.

2) 1 or 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

3) 1 teaspoon mexican seasoning mix.

4) 1 cup of shredded mexican cheese blend.

5) 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.

6) 1/4 cup sliced black olives.(optional)

7) 1/4 cup rinsed and drained cannel black beans.

8) 1/4 cup diced tomatoes.

9) 1/4 cup sliced onions.

10) 3 tablespoon of chopped green chilies. 

Process of making potato nachos recipe:

step 1 :

        First of all preheat oven to 425 degrees  F(220 degrees c) for bake the potato nachos

step 2 : 

    
       In a bowl, combine the poratoes, oil,mexican seasoning and garlic salt. stir to throughly coat the potatoes. on baking sheet , arrange the potatoes in a single layer.
 

step 3 :

       
       Bake in the preheated oven, stireing periodically , for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp and golden.

Step 4 :

       place the poratoes on a platter and garnish with mexican cheese mixtures diced tomatoes, black olives, onion and green chilies.

        Family -friendly and nutrious. Include salsa and sour cream with your servings
