      Are you a fan of potatoes? Potato Disc, 4 Ingredients 

      I adore potatoes and will eat them in any form! And this time, I've combined my two favourite potato recipes, Air Fried Potato Discs and Potato Cutlets. 

       Exceptionally crunchy yet fluffy on the inside! 


Ingredients:

     Ingredients for making potato disc recipe:

      1)  500 grammes of potatoes,

      2) 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 

      3) salt to taste, 

     4)   1/2 teaspoon of pepper or any seasoning 

        of choice.


Instructions 

* Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes. Combine with the remaining ingredients that bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon of pepper or any seasoning of your choice and salt to taste and form a ball. 

* Scoop out about 1/4 cup of the potato mixture, then spread it out on a piece of parchment paper. 

* Top it with additional parchment paper and gently press to create a thin disc. 

*You can do this in your palms, but remember to grease them first. Oil can be sprayed or painted on the air fryer tray.

* Spray some additional oil on the potato disc and cook it in one layer.

*10 minutes of air frying at 356 °F. When the potatoes are crisp and fork tender, flip them over and cook them for an additional 10 to 12 minutes at 400 F. Immediately serve with your preferred dip
