* 2 tablespoons corn flour or as needed

Making Smiley Face Potatoes: A Recipe (Homemade Potato Smiley) 

  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them. 





  2. Grate the potatoes, then place them in a big bowl. 

  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, corn flour, and cheese that has been grated. 

  4. Without adding water, thoroughly blend to a thick dough. 

  5. After chilling for 45 to 60 minutes, roll the mixture into small balls and flatten them to resemble vadais. 
  6. Cut out a mouth and two eyes with a knife or spoon 

  7. Over a medium temperature, warm the oil in a deep frying pan. 
  8.  Fry the smileys until crisp and golden
